I am currently the US Marketing Coordinator at MUBI, a curated online cinema that focuses on cult, classic, independent, and award-winning movies. I am a graduate of Columbia University’s MA Film Studies program. I completed my master’s thesis examining reenactment in contemporary documentary films, focusing on the works of Joshua Oppenheimer and Rithy Panh. I studied as an undergraduate at Chapman University—earning a BFA in Film Production and a BA in German Studies. I have directed and produced both narrative and documentary short films, including my thesis film, Burmese Refugee. The film was nominated for Chapman's Cecil Awards for Best Picture and Best Director, and was screened at national and international film festivals, most notably the academy qualifying Athens International Film and Video Festival.
